This is necessary because every team wants to work without crunch times and that clients were satisfied.
The key idea of the training:
All projects start with a definition of project requirements. However, the success of the project and its cost greatly depend on the way these requirements are formed. This training contains necessary knowledge, technology and skills to promote mutual understanding between the client and performer with the help of agile approaches towards requirements management.
PROGRAM:
1. Recognition of communication problems in requirements management.
2. Basic principles of collecting and managing of requirements. What makes demands agile.
3. Life cycle of requirements.
4. What are the users stories (User Stories).
5. Signs of good users stories (User Stories).
6. Methods and practices of gathering of requirements using users stories (User Stories).
7. What users stories (User Stories) are not and when they do not work.
8. Recommendations and practical discussion.
As a result of training your employees will:
- find out how to manage requirements with the help of users stories;
- learn to write productive users stories;
- find out about six signs of a good story and how to achieve them;
- learn to write non-functional requirements;
- find out what users stories are not.
Format of training: 6 - 8 hours
Methodology: simulating processes modeling, brainstorming, discussions, role playing, modeling of problem situations and analysis of current experience.
