IT recruiter school - cycle of seminars and workshops for effective work of recruiters in IT companies.
Our goal: raise effectiveness of experts of recruiting agencies and HR-departments, who specialize in IT sphere.

Module 1 «Peculiarities of IT recruiting. Understanding of IT vacancies»
Module goal: To familiarize participants with specifics of IT market, successful practices and components of effective IT recruitment, learn to make up proper IT position descriptions, to understand the terminology and popular technologies.
Module layout:
- Overview of It-staff market: experts, technologies, trends. Salaries surway.
- Recruiting plan for IT vacancies.
- Factors of IT recruiter's effectiveness/Typical start mistakes.
- Introduction to IT: technologies, terminology.
- Popular technologies of global and Ukrainian markets. Software: basic types, classification with examples, terminology.
- Proper vacancy description and requirements, definition of IT specialists' roles.
- Project management, certification: what to know and pay attention to.

Module 2 «Work with CV of IT specialists. Phone screening. Interview»
Module goal: learn to understand CV of IT specialist, get maximum result from phone screening as a tool for candidates search, interview technical candidates
Module layout:
- Understanding of technical CV and making of questions for an interview. 1 minute for "Yes, No, Perhaps"- CV.
- CVs evaluation: how to understand whether the candidate is familiar with the technology or not, what is worth your attention. Main mistakes.
- Comparison of skills and requirements.
- Case: Analysis of 10 CVs. How to translate CV into non-technical language.
- Preparation of questions for screening.
- Practice: phone screening of actual candidates.
- Technical interview in non-technical language: peculiarities, structure, testing.
- Methods of IT candidates evaluation, that are used by technical managers.

Module 3 «Tools of IT specialists search»*
Module goal: Development of practical toolkit for effective search of IT specialists
Module layout:
- Discovering latent possibilities of social and professional networks
- Boolean search
- Use of operators of various languages of inquiries
- Free on-line tools - free toolkit of Internet recruiting. What works for us?
- Forming of search scenarios
- Х-ray search
* Module format - workshop - participants use all search methods on real situations (with use the Internet and computers)

Module 4 «Direct search of IT specialists. Psychological valuation of IT candidates»*
Module goal: gain "cold call" skills, learn how to sell a vacancy, minimize candidate's rejections, practice necessary skills, interacting with actual candidates; making of candidate's psychological portrait
Module layout:
- Stages of direct search
- Preparation for «cold calls» to IT specialists
- Establishing contacts with candidates, who are not interested in finding a job
- Vacancy "sale", company "sale"
- Identifying motivations for the candidates
- Working with candidates' rejections
- Making of psychological profile of an ideal candidate
- Valuation of candidate's interpersonal qualities
*Module format - real game - real calls to actual candidates - strategy choice, preparation + mistakes analysis, confirmation of effective approaches and actions.

Participation Fee:
1 module - 1200 UAH.
2 modules - 2200 UAH.

Module "Telephone screening of IT candidates. Interview"
Training has fully justified my expectations. Practical assignments were the most useful for me. We "played" in screening of invited candidates and used other examples from real life. Among the new knowledge gained during training - what questions to ask IT specialist to rate his technical skills? New material was easy to understand and I received answers to all my questions. Technical aspects such as programming language and communication technologies have become more clear and easy to understand after training.
