VENBEST Recruiting Company took part in “NON-STOP Webinars" marathon
Webinar "IT recruiting: the path of a peaceful warrior" by managing partner of VENBEST Recruiting Company Julia Tupchiy was held on February, 25. For an hour Julia has been sharing her experience and most successful methods of IT specialists search. The report was divided into 2 parts that consisted of physical and spiritual practices of IT recruiter.
Julia particularly talked about ways of effective usage of Internet search and revealed some hidden possibilities of the tools that recruiters and HR managers use every day.
"This webinar represents small part of our new project "The School of IT Recruiter". This project was created for professionals who are willing to improve their skills of IT specialists search. - Says Yulia Tupchiy. - The need for IT staff does not decrease, that's why modern recruiter or HR manager can be considered productive only if he's constantly improving his skills.
