Participation in II All Ukrainian Recruiting Conference
November 28-29, our company took part in II All Ukrainian Recruiting Conference that was held in famous House of Scientists in Lviv.
About 60 specialists all over Ukraine participated in the conference. Professionals of inner and outer recruiting shared experience discussed current problems and tendencies of their overcoming in the conditions of crises situation.
General Manager of ‘VENBEST Recruiting' Julia Tupchiy delivered a speech on the topic ‘Recruiter's effectiveness management', sharing our companies experience in evaluation of recruiters by main indexes, such as: time, money, quality and quantity. The formulas of indexes calculation on the base of real data taken from our automated recruiting system were performed. Vivid discussion arouse at the end of the report at ‘round table' concerning relevant ness of presented indexes and opportunity of such system application in the long-term for operational activities of the companies. Motivation of recruiters during the crises and stimulation of latest to sales activities was an essential part of discussion as well.
High level of conference organization, importance of reports and friendly atmosphere were greatly appraised. At the end of the conference a lot of prizes provided by partners, reporters and organizers were drawn, so that no one left the conference barehanded.
Our company also brought a toffee for active participation. We would gladly accept the invitation for this conference next year, since there is still a lack of specialized recruiting events like this one.
