"IT Recruiting. Level UPGRADE" training for EPAM Systems Company on April 15, 2011
On April 15, 2011 VENBEST Recruiting Company has successfully held a corporate training "IT Recruiting. Level UPGRADE" for employees of recruiting department of EPAM Systems Company.
Training program was based on the materials of IT-Recruiter School, that has been successfully working since November 2010. The program was adapted according to current needs of the company. Participants have practiced specific skills related to the search of IT specialists with the help of practical exercises. Trainers' comments, based on their practical experience, have helped participants to define key aspects that would help them in effective organization of their daily activities.
Training had the form of real game - using Internet, phone, emulating the process of real candidates search and making calls to selected candidates, based on their CVs. There were many challenges, but the team of EPAM recruiters has successfully coped with them.
