VENBEST Recruiting has held a master class for GlobalLogic
On May 28, 2011 VENBEST Recruiting Company has successfully held six-hour master class for a team of GlobalLogic recruiters. This event was a part of an annual internal summit for recruiters. Representatives of HR Departments from Kyiv, Lviv, Mykolayiv and Kharkiv have participated in the event.
For participants one of the most valuable and useful moments was to share their experience in location and brainstorms. Thanks to such training form they were able to come up with different solutions for achieving the goals of the whole team.
Agency's Managing Partner Julia Tupchiy and business coach Natalia Tylka who held the whole training were pleasantly surprised by the participants' creativity, unity and high level of professionalism. They will surely remember this wonderful meeting for a long time :)
