Meeting of HR managers of IT companies «HR-Fridays» was held on June 16, 2010
VENBEST Recruiting Company has held «HR-Fridays» - a meeting for employees of HR departments of IT companies. It was held in the form of "Conflict management" art workshop.
Choosing this topic was no accident. Conflicts occur quite often and HR managers constantly have to deal with them. Participants got the chance to share experience, discuss how to behave in conflict and stressful situations and how to overcome existing stereotypes. Art workshop was held in the form of movie club, where participants enjoyed extracts from the best pictures of world cinema.
Representatives of HR departments of such companies as Intellecom, Ciklum, Materialise, Cogniance, ConsumerHealthTechnologies, Softline and Viewdle attended the event.
Next meeting will be held in autumn and be dedicated to other important issues.
