Venbest Recruiting Company has taken part in AgilePechaKucha
Julia Tupchiy, managing partner of Venbest Recruiting Company took part in AgilePechKucha (PechaKucha is a presentation style that consists of 20 slides for 20 seconds each). Event was organized by Timothy Evgrashinym («The Improved Methods») and Anton Beletsky («Business2People»), representatives of Ukrainian PechaKucha.
Julia shared her own experience of managing recruiting projects using Scrum, which we use for almost a year. Every morning at 11:30 we hear our scrum - master Igor Glinianiy.say "Lets scrum!" Julia Tupchiv confirmed that Scrum became an essential element of each working day for the whole team of Venbest Recruiting Company.
