On January 15, our company held the first meeting on HR specialists working in IT sphere. The participants were: Sonopia, Ericsson, Running Code, Global Logic, Ciklum, Infopulse, Viewdle, Kvazar-Micro and SMK. We thank all the companies for active and vivid participation.
The first topic discussed was the statistical report presented on the Outsourcing forum 2007 describing the reasons why IT specialists change thier job. Later, the talk shifted to discussion of most disturbing questions in their work.
The next meeting is planed to take place at the end of March. The topics that would be considered are: most effective ways of IT specialists search and/or automation of HR processes. Everyone desiring to make a speech is welcome.
