"Venbest Recruiting" company was established in 2005 as a specialized company for recruitment for IT and telecommunications companies.
One of the partners came up with an idea to create the company based on 10 years of recruiting experience in high-tech sector.
"While heading HR department in IT companies, several times I have tried to find a reliable partner in recruiting, who would speak with me in a professional language, would be proactive in search of candidates and able to ensure their qualified selection - Julia Tupchiy, managing partner of Venbest Recruiting, comments. - We tried to work with several agencies. Some of them had had difficulties in understanding difference between Java and .NET, many have used direct search on the Internet as the primary method and provided us with candidates, who have already been familiar to us. Several agencies pleasantly surprised us with existing database of candidates and professional presentations, but were far exceeding our budget. After all how can you convince the head of the company to pay 20-30% of annual salary for the staff search, when you have from 20 up to 50 of opened vacancies? Unfortunately, I have not found a permanent and reliable partner. Therefore, based on our client requirements for service providers, eight years of recruiting experience, combining it with innovative and high standards of the group of Venbest companies, we created a specialized agency, whose goal was to provide professional recruiting services in high-tech industries."
Over the six-year history the company has seen many changes. Expert market knowledge and attention to customer's needs has helped "Venbest Recruiting" company to win the confidence of a number of IT companies that have become its regular customers. In addition, many employers became interested in working with the agency upon all of their vacancies. So in 2006 business staff department was established, that later expanded its work in other areas.
Based on the needs of clients, agency's specialization has been expanding every year.
"Venbest Recruiting" still remains a specialized agency, as it follows the principals of branch-wise recruiting, where each of the consultants has its own sphere of expertise and expert knowledge of the market.
CONSULTING
"Venbest Recruiting" is engaged in consulting since 2006. Always willing to provide clients with maximum service, employees of "Venbest Recruiting" gladly consult employers on market analysis issues, personnel matters and staff development.
Later, based on customer requests, a number of products were implemented and training department was launched in March 2009.
"Venbest Recruiting" company is moving forward and is constantly expanding its range of services.
In 2010, "Venbest Recruiting" company united the efforts of its team and launched a corporate blog. This creates new opportunities for the company and its clients. "Venbest Recruiting" company provides people with useful and interesting information and strengthens ties with them.
